Autumn Equinox - Social Distancing Edition 2020!!

Wow! 2020 has been a year (so far) we would all like to forget. Rumor has it, locusts will be descending next… We all have started suppressing the desire to ask, ‘okay, what’s next?’.

So, for our autumn publication, our editorial board has decided we will publish a social distancing version of our highly popular seasonal magazine release. Here’s how it will work:

As a subscriber, you are encouraged to share with other subscribers your thoughts, recollections, opinions, stories or any “social distancing” events relative to navigating the virus onslaught.

As we are all mostly hunkered down these days, it is felt that the best source of interesting material will be generated while practicing ‘social distancing’.

In the secluded safety of your anti-virus locale, we encourage you to record your Covid-19 generated thoughts and send them to livingwhidbeyisland@gmail.com or check out our Living Whidbey Island FB page.

Once received, the material will be posted to our magazine on an ongoing basis. Consequently, monitoring the magazine over time should be a source of interest to all as well as downright entertaining!

During these down times, let’s avoid anxiety and have some fun at the expense of this pandemic, keeping in mind our sympathy and compassion for those who have been affected by this dreadful scourge.
